QC·VENTURES JOINS PRESIGHT CAPITAL FUND II

In a matter of weeks Presight Capital has just closed a $350 million second fund, less than two years since it annouced its first fund of $80 million. Following the great success of Presight Capital Fund I since its inception in 2019, QC·Ventures, the VC ARM of Q·Advisers, is excited to announce our continued support and participation in Presight Capital Fund II.

Presight Capital is a Venture Capital fund founded by Fabian Hansen and serial entrepreneur and investor, Christian Angermayer. The international fund takes a global approach to early-stage investments, supporting seed stage through to Series A and beyond. So far, Presight has invested in a number of cutting edge Bio Tech opportunities such as Terran Biosciences, who are developing a broad portfolio of transformative therapeutics to improve the lives of patients with neurological and psychiatric diseases, Peptilogics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel peptide therapeutics, and Enclear Therapies, who are combining Bioscience and MedTech expertise to develop life-improving treatments for patients with CNS disease.

While Presight Capital has clear focus in the Biotech space – a market valued at USD 449.06bn in 2019 with projections to grow with a CAGR of 6.84% over the next five years – the fund is not beholden to a particular investment ethos or industry. Instead, Presight Capital leverages its extensive network of strategic partners, industry experts and co-investors to determine the brightest future stars to back.
