Q·ADVISERS acquires majority stake in Asset Manager QC·PARTNERS, Frankfurt

Q·ADVISERS has taken a majority stake in the Frankfurter Alternative Strategies Asset Manager QC·PARTNERS. The company now has strong ownership of Q·ADVISERS (71 %), C-QUADRAT and the entrepreneur Harald Bareit (20 %). Fritz Schweiger, CEO of Q·ADVISERS: “QC·PARTNERS occupy a very attractive niche with Alternative Strategies Asset Management. We want to expand this together with our partners and the management involved in the company profit.” In the future, the company wants to grow more in the area of venture capital. The BaFin regulated company recently had around EUR 400 million assets under management.
